As a recruitment business and recruitment agency we introduce candidates to clients for permanent employment, temporary worker placements or independent professional contracts. The exchange of personal data of our candidates and our client contacts is a fundamental, essential part of this process.

In order to support our candidates’ career aspirations and our clients’ resourcing needs we require a database of candidate and client personal data containing historical information as well as current resourcing requirements.

To maintain, expand and develop our business we need to record the personal data of prospective candidates and client contacts.

To deliver our services we need to contact candidates on a regular basis, through various routes such as email, phone, job alerts and other relevant notifications.

Information you give to us or we collect about you

This database and the information it contains may be used by KD People and its clients for the purpose of assessing your suitability, qualifications and skills for current recruitment assignments and – in some specific instances – recruitment assignments which we think may be of interest to you in the future. In the latter instance we will always gain your permission before discussing your personal details with clients.

We may transfer this database, including all personal data contained in it, to a third party who acquires all or substantially all of the assets or stock in our company or our website service whether by merger, acquisition, reorganisation or otherwise.

In some instances, we may be required to take up references, credit checks and other lawful checks. We may record and store any telephone calls you have with our consultants or support staff for record keeping, training, and quality control purposes.

We have implemented reCAPTCHA v3 on our site and it's use is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. reCAPTCHA is only used to fight spam and abuse on our site.
