Katherine Hyett has a degree in Organisational Behaviour and Human Resources and has worked in recruitment for 20 years. She has 10 years’ experience recruiting within the scientific publishing sector working directly for the Royal Society of Chemistry. She was also responsible for setting up and recruiting for new offices in India, China, US, Germany and Japan. 

Katherine has recruited across all functions and levels and also has a good insight into the challenging Cambridge market. In addition, she is level B qualified and can provide psychometric testing and behavioural event interviewing. Having mainly worked in-house she understands how to work well with your internal HR/Talent teams.
