KD People’s founder Katherine Hyett has a degree in Organisational Behaviour and Human Resources and has worked in recruitment and international HR for 20 years.
Experienced in recruiting across all sectors internationally with a keen focus on India and China where she has set up new offices for a leading publisher. She is also able to offer Behavioural event interviewing (a structured advanced form of interviewing suitable for senior level hires) and unconscious bias testing and training.
